What to Expect

Submitting your claim may take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

We’ll guide you through each step of the claim process.

Once you submit your claim, you will receive a claim number which can be used to track the status online.

Note: Please be sure to cancel any travel arrangements with your Travel Provider before beginning the claim process.

COVID-19

If you are filing a claim due to COVID-19 sickness, a positive PCR test result must be submitted with your claim.  Alternatively, a positive test result from a self-test or at-home test verified by a medical professional may be submitted.
